Michelle Cooper has dedicated her work and learning to promote, improve and
sustain the effectiveness and health of organizations and to build capacity to
lead change from within. Since 1995, she has facilitated numerous Open Space
Technology meetings for large and small groups and organizations, including
provincial and national conferences. Michelle also offers facilitation

Diane Gibeault is a bilingual consultant, who
specializes in participative and innovative methods that enhance communication
and create enthusiasm and commitment. For several years now, she has provided
training on the Open Space approach with colleagues and recently with Harrison
Owen, OS founder. Using Open Space, she facilitated leadership conferences with
several hundred participants, senior management training, work sessions with
change management teams, transformation processes involving all members of the

Carol Loughrey has been working with open space since 1996. She has been a university professor, a provincial deputy minister, a practising Chartered Accountant and a senior manager and business owner. She has held senior volunteer positions in the non-profit sector as well as heading local, provincial and national professional and charitable organizations. Trained by Open Space founder Harrison Owen as well as Larry Peterson and Birgitt Bolton, she continues to be amazed with the results achieved from this incredible process. She finds it exciting to work with organizations to help them plan their future and improve their processes for achieving it. In 2004 she was made an Officer of the Order of Canada in the category of Industry/Commerce/Business.

Obtaining the best from the stakeholder brains
in your Open Space process requires designing and delivering that process with
those brains in mind. Jim Muckle is professionally certified in Applied
Educational Neuroscience. His training with Harrison Owen (OS founder), and as
a Certified Professional Facilitator, complement his specialization in human

less than a day to leading five facilitators in the design and delivery of a
6-day OS process involving numerous and diverse national stakeholders. Most of
his Open Space work has involved leading teams of 2 to 4 facilitators, using
tailored and sometimes multi-lingual 2 to 3-day processes, to meet the specific
needs of 60 to 150 participants.
Associates in Transformation
Larry brings 30 years of experience in facilitating meetings and transformational
change in Canada and the US. He has been facilitating Open Space Technology
meetings since 1990. He has led over 150 Open Space events ranging in scale
from 600 to 6 participants. He is a founder of the Open Space Institute of
Canada. He has led training events, conferences and published numerous articles
on Open Space.
Meg Salter founded MegaSpace Consulting in 1999. She has consulted with private, public, health and non-profit organizations in organizational effectiveness and in setting the conditions to support complex change. During that time, she has used Open Space Technology with clients in diverse situations ranging from community consultations to strategy development. Her content expertise is in the areas of Strategy, Human Resources, Organizational Design, Marketing, Communications and Change Management. She has coached leaders, facilitated groups and consulted with boards, management and staff. Her diverse experience and multiple frameworks yield solutions unique to each client. She publishes and speaks on Open Space, Complexity and Management and teaches mindfulness meditation as a support to mental clarity and health.
Katharine Weinmann, MSW, RSW
Katharine brings three decades of experience in helping individuals and groups use their energy to gain clarity and direction to achieve outcomes aligned with their values and talents, and organizational priorities and responsibilities.
An alumnus of the Shambhala Institute for Authentic Leadership in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and a participant in the inaugural Art of Hosting program, she has studied with some of the world’s most accomplished and innovative people in the leadership development, coaching, and group facilitation fields. This ongoing mentoring, together with her graduate degree in clinical social work, training as a psychotherapist, personal analytic process work, and yogic practice, manifest in what has been called a deeply vibrant, yet graceful and grounding presence.
