Le Forum Ouvert (Open Space)
Façon simple mais puissante de travailler en groupe et d'exercer le leadership de manière à susciter l'enthousiasme, la créativité, la collaboration et l'engagement personnel.
Méthode innovante qui suscite l'émergence de l'intelligence collective, le développement du potentiel et du leadership de chaque participant, une communication réelle et une performance accrue.
Démarche dynamique de réunion, pour de petits et de grands groupes (5 à 2000 personnes), qui se déroule en quelques heures ou sur quelques jours, dans une atmosphère détendue où les participants se sentent motivés à s'engager.

Exemples d’utilisation du Forum Ouvert 
Accompagner le changement et accélérer les projets et les consultations, développer des produits, des politiques et des programmes technologiques ou autres; pour des planifications stratégiques, conférences, apprentissages, recherches, développement d’équipe .…et pour toute raison de se réunir lorsque le but et l’enjeu nous tiennent à cœur.
Le Forum Ouvert intéressera les leaders, animateurs, gestionnaires, agents de changement ou de programmes, organisateurs d’évènements… et toutes personnes visant un travail collectif plus performant et inspirant.

New!  Quit Horsing Around - Authentic Leadership for Women

How do you show up as a leader? New paradigms of leadership recognize the importance of a holistic and multidimensional approach to leadership, making women’s ways of leadership even more relevant now than in the past. However, many women have chosen to suppress or deny their innate ways of being and doing for fear of not being accepted or successful. Join us for this highly participatory one- day equine assisted workshop to help you claim your authentic leadership. Equine- assisted coaching will enable you to find your authentic self through the non-judgmental eyes of the horse.
